Moplen HP500H is a polypropylene homo-polymer particularly suitable for the production of sheet for thermoforming, film yarn & monofilament. Moplen HP500H combines excellent process ability with high stiffness. Moplen HP500H is designed for the production of quality thermoforming such as drinking beakers, packaging for dairy products, nursery flower pots & trays for fruit, biscuits & chocolates.

Moplen HP500H is also particularly suitable to produce film yarn, both with cast & tubular processes. Textile film yarns have a denier count of not more than 1100 to 1200 & are used for the production of bags, industrial fabrics & mats. Film yarn with a denier count ranging from 3000 to 28000 is used for baler twins, packaging twins & ropes. Moplen HP500H is also well suited for the production of monofilament used for instance for brush & broom filling & technical applications. Strapping, extruded Nets, blow moulded small containers & technical components are other typical applications of Moplen HP500H.
